I got interesteda about reading Grahams 80/10/10 and realized it is The Way to go! I mean, I love eating, A LOT, but never had idea that what foods to eat to get satisfied and feel good, unitl now! :)

I am interested about this forum mainly gettin ginspiration and ideas about hot to thrive the bes and get more ideas for better health of my own. And of course, share my own ideas too. :)
Been on high-fat raw vegan diet since last srping but switched to low-fat in October 2010. Thank God I found it! :)

Earlier I failed, I think, because of under eating, my hair started to fall off, I felt tired, and I usually eat only once a day. :(

I've been anorexic before, but it doens' mean I am afraid of eating. No!

I bet I can be a tough competitor even for Harley when it comes to eating as much as possbile. My goal is to beat him one day! :D

Seriously, I've never seen a guy eating at once as much I do. Be it anything!!!

So, I need some sort of common sense info about eating but put it in 811-lifestyle, get it?
