Awesome, I'll go check it out now and start spreading the world. I think we really need more people out there spreading the lfrv word and making it accessible to more people. You're doing a wonderful thing!

And by the way, I think I remember you saying on the video that you are 60? You look great!

I played tennis all through high school and really enjoyed it. This summer I played a bit in Hawaii but not quite as competitively as I would have liked. I just finished a month long tennis program teaching ages 5-adult which was a lot of fun.

Raw Foods Show with Jacob is definitely a work in progress. It was my first time doing any kind of teaching in front of a camera. I'm looking for ways to make it more exciting and engaging, as 30 minutes of dialogue can get pretty dry (i should borrow your grandson).

Keep your camera rolling,
Jacob

The shelf life for dates is so long because of the low water content. Some companies do shady techniques like drying in hot rooms or spraying with water or steaming. The only way to know is to look up the company and ask them

Hey Kylie, No worries. I think variety and taste is important, but I would focus on the majority of your food intake over the course of a week coming from dates and bananas if possible. Simply because these are lower in water and higher in calories…
