I have always been a vegetarian since the age of 5 years old...In my mid 20's I started to notice that I was always feeling tried...and couldn't figure why??????? Why ??? I thought maybe I had lack of protein, lol. So I started to drink lots of milk and eggs. I went to the doctor, and there I was told that I have low icon...take a pill. well I listened to my doctor, and I was still tried...and sick more often than before...I tried taking pills from gnc hoping to feel normal. I started doing some research online, and starting reading about being a raw vegan...this could work...No more milk, eggs, soda for this girl...I am in the middle of trying to go all raw....I have just started reading 80-10-10

tips and advice for staying hcrv...and just for support :) I want to be as happy and healthy as I can...after years of watching my mom being sick and half of her stomach has been removed she still is having problems. I don't want to go though life not really living

Sleep: 8 hours

I didn't exercise today...my day a rest

DAY 1:



Breakfast: Berry smoothie

6 Bananas 

Lunch: 1 cup of Cantaloupe, cup of watermelon, cup of strawberries,a half cup of blue berries 

Snacks: 2 peaches, 2 kiwis

Dinner: a larger salad, tomatoes, cucumber, sweet onions, sunflower seeds, zucchini, mushrooms 

Exercise: 20 min walk 



Water: 5 bottles of 16oz...bottle of water 



Sleep: 8…
