Hello everyone! My name is Tim and i am a 40 year old man who doesn't feel like the man that i once did. About 9 years ago in the Spring of 2009 I had just gotten out of a really destructive relationship that was not good for me at all. I moved in with my brother and his family where i started attending his local church. My immediate family grew up going to church so i was use to it, but what i realized about myself this day was how i pretty much lived my whole life based on how i felt emotionally and those emotions dictated all the actions of my life. Looking back now I understand how important wisdom is and realize how important knowledge and wisdom are and through all these life experiences God was showing me that I need His wisdom first to be the center of my thoughts, actions, and reactions of my life. Fast forward to November of the year 2013 and i did a hot wing challenge without thinking cause my friend did it and he was fine and ended up the hydrochloric acid in my stomach reacted like a volcano and burned tissue causing my stomach to herniate through my hiatus and push open my les vaulve allowing acid to burn my esophagus forcing me to take ppis to slow down and stop the production of my stomach acid. Fast forward 2 years later to the year 2015 where i had Nissan Fundoplication surgery done to close the valve so i could stop using the ppis. I now have a low to none stomach acid environment allowing candida to mutate into a full blown fungal infection left unchecked and pushed through my gut and intestines causing holes and a leaky gut causing auto immune responses and taking alot of my nutrients. In the past almost five years I have been on and off the Candida diet and it helps until i go off it and then all the spores and fungal infections come back causing all kinds of symptons, fatigue, harder to breathe, bloating, constipation. Some of the antifungals, bentonite clay, marine phytoplankton, diatamatious earh supplements help but wondering if this diet might work better long term and that's my story everyone. Sorry if it was a little long winded, let me know what you all think and its good to be here.
