Cravings

I've been doing really well in terms of cravings since I've chosen to dive more deeply into the 811 lifestyle.Yesterday I joined a group of business partners for supper at a pizza place. Hello-brand new member here.My wife and I have been inching toward to 80-10-10 for a while. To be perfectly honest I've been inching more slowly than she--early returns are mostly good. I can certainly say I don't suffer from cravings when I eat enough fruit.I am about to participate in a biggest loser competition at my gym and I actually plan to use this experience as a test of a full-on commitment to 80-10-10 and, perhaps, a demonstration of the impact of this lifestyle to others.A couple of…See More
