"Then eat! if you are worried about getting fat. dont be, cause you never will on this diet. Eat Eat Eat till your tummys content. Never restrict your calories, and eat whenever you are hungry. "

Reading "The 80-10-10 Diet" by Dr Doug Graham is vital for succeeding on this lifestyle. Please acquire this book as soon as possible.

How much to eat on HCRV? Been eating HCRV for a week now and after about 5 days in I've had this constant headache. Eating makes my ears pop and slightly congested, it doesn't bother me, just something I notice.
30bad is a HCRV (high carb, raw vegan) internet community which promotes a high carb raw lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to HCRV.
