My name is Tiffany and I'm 24 years old from San Francisco, Ca:) I came across the 80 10 10 diet only a few weeks ago and have become obsessed with getting all the data I can on it. My roommate and I have started the lifestyle (as I'm typing I have a beautiful view of boxes of bananas, mangos, pears, and grapefruits chillin on the floor. ) I already feel more energy and although I haven't totally given up cooked grains/yams/plantains I am well on my way to. I have spent too long feeling tired sick and unhappy! I'd love to be part of this community of amazing raw vegans!
