After lots of trial and error I've arrived at the belief that Natural Hygiene & Low Fat Raw Vegan is the only way to make this lifestyle work long term and live in an ethical and environmentally sustainable way.

Is your goal 100% lfhc raw vegan if you aren't already? I am just finding it incredibly difficult, I am still 100% but unsure if 100% is the right choice may just be craving or being too tough on myself. Not really sure where to go but maybe need a little advice.
