After a long time on 100% raw and 100% organic, I fell into some major financial issues. Fortunately, I have a wonderful family who was willing to help me out with feeding myself and my son. Unfortunately, they can barely afford food for themselves, so we have had to settle for less than optimal food choices (always vegan, always gluten free, always natural and homemade, no junk!). After just a few days of eating conventional produce instead of the usual local organic, I am now sick for the…See More

Tasha, we should hang out some time! I'm in Casa Grande, just a few miles south of you. We should meet up some where! It'd be great to meet another fruit lover here, lol. You don't find too many in AZ. I'll send you a message with my phone number, ok? :)

Hey Tasha sorry about the late reply, yes the cabin is still available. I sent you a friend request. I havent really gone out of my way to use the internet here for a few weeks... the cabin is 25 dollars a day or 300 per month. It is located 1 minute from the waterfall. To get here from San Jose you take the bus from the coca cola bus terminal in san jose to dominical then take the bus from dominical to ciudad neily and get off at ojochal then just ask where the 'cascada' is - anyone living in the town more than 1-2 years knows where it is. If you have any questions just pm me now that I added you. It´s paradise here and everyone is extremely friendly here in the costa rican countryside.

Aloha to 30B and the AZ group, Tasha!

A farmers' mkt fan, eh?  If you ever get to the downtown, Carefree, or Roadrunner ones, be sure to look up Stella of Horny Toad Farms for some of the best produce around.
