I'm Sylvia and originally from Austria - no,.. not Down Under and no, i can't yodel like in the Sound of Music ;p
I'm a Photographer, who enjoys to travel around the globe and get inspired by all the sights.

My investigation into the LFRV lifestyle began when I started experiencing Candida symptoms and wanted to find a natural cure but couldn't find anything that wasn't being sold to me for $50/month. I stumbled over one of Harley's videos on NaturalNews.com. His enthusiasm and cut-the-BS-talk was so refreshing that I began watching his videos. And further research not only led me to 30BaD but also to Dr. Graham and the realization that 811 is the normal diet for human beings.

I started the program in May of 2011 and am still going strong. I never felt better. Skin problems cleared up, digestion is excellent. Couldn't be happier!

I also started to notice that my body is telling me exactly what it needs at any given moment. So, I listen to it and give it what it wants. Well... unless it's chocolate and cookies :p
