I'm sorry you've been struggling so, but I applaud you for taking time to focus on your inner health. So often we can get caught up in how we're doing physically, it's easy to forget that our mental/emotional/spiritual elements are equally as important. Whatever you've improved, it appears to be working well, as evidenced not the least by your positive and self-loving attitude now.

Notice she feels a bit of an "outsider" based on her years. When I scanned our "seasoned" group for her, I noticed you're a member there (chronologically perhaps--certainly not in the age of your vibrant thinking, young lady :)
