Six years ago I became vegetarian for health reasons. Later I studied Eastern philosophy, and listened the Vegetarian Food for Thought Podcast written by the american activist Colleen Patrick Goudreau. I'm an abolitionist vegan for 4 years now for ethical reasons.

As a multisport athlete, I looked for the best optimal and healthy diet in order to improve my wellness and my performances. The results of my long research and experiences give me the following answer "A High Raw Food Diet" and especially A Low Fat High Carb Raw Diet. Then I read The 80/80 Diet Bible by Dr Douglas Graham and it was the revelation of my life.

I'm following the 80/10/10 Diet for 3 years now. I will be glad and very interested to share my views about this amazing vibrant energizing regenerating fruitarian lifestyle...

I would truly appreciate your support, as quickly as possible. I've got only 3 days to write a 10 pages essay about 811 in france, and in 7 days I must give it to my teachers. I'll also make a presentation, so the video will be useful in that, as well the contents for the essay.
