"Exactly. Oil molecules are too big to pass through the space between skin cells. Oil only comes out of your skin via the pores, which are one-way valves. Solvents and chemicals in common soaps and other body products are what warrants worrying about."

I have been on and off the raw food diet for about a year and a half. And I did 36 days of the PULSE diet cleanse...not sure I'm into all the fat I've been eating when I'm on it. I'm not even sure I'm into all the fruit in this diet...ha ha!!
But I want to give it a fair go! And I'm excited to actually have a support group this time!!
