I have been on and off the raw food diet for about a year and a half. And I did 36 days of the PULSE diet cleanse...not sure I'm into all the fat I've been eating when I'm on it. I'm not even sure I'm into all the fruit in this diet...ha ha!!
But I want to give it a fair go! And I'm excited to actually have a support group this time!!
