I love the youtube vids and I loved the emotional eating video. It's the first time I heard anything that made sense to me. I have tried to relate this to other people who have really high metabolisms how they'd feel if they did not get to eat when they're hungry... but they don't get it. So, I hope to find support to be and stay raw.
