I am a 19year old canadian, looking for a better way. ever since i developed a lot of digestive problems and significant hair loss due to unstable hormonal issues, i just knew something wasnt right. so i turned to my eating habbits. they were all over the place and i was gradually over time gaining enough weight to make me uncomfortable in my skin. i knew this wasnt normal for someone my age, so i searched to find the answer, and i truly believe i did! eating mostly raw fruits and cooked veg and starches for dinner has changed the way i feel, and i am well on my way to fulfill my greatest potential. training has never been better on this vegan lifestyle, not to mention i feel i'm doing my part on spreading the message about this life-changing power of leading a life cruelty free.
