Not enough bananas

I know that it's healthy to eat 3,000 cal minimum on 80/10/10, but if you possibly eat less than that, will you still get the positive benefits? Also, my friend just scorn'd at me that 3 bananas are the max per day. I told him it was legit. Less than 3,000 cal, okay? Thanks, beautiful luscious folk! xx See More
