My first week in transition

Today is the seventh day of my hcrv transition. I had a fruit mono meal every day except saturday and sunday, I forgot to make smoothies the night before to take to work with me. But other than that its been great! Trying to find a good price on a box of bananas so I can keep on with the fruit. I'm hoping we can afford this. I'm very interesting in becoming hcrv because my husband has been having a lot of gi problems which have yet to be diagnosed and keep getting worse. I believe if we switch from our sad to hcrv it will help reduce his symptoms if not cure them. I have been doing internet research and started reading 80/10/10 and am excited to find local resources and change my life.

Woohoo! I'm just finishing my first full fruit meal! I blended a locally grown watermelon and drank four pints, so delicious!
