"I filled the container up to the brim with water, used two tablets, and left it overnight. You may still have to scrub the container with a rag after is soaks but the residue lifts of with ease compared to before. "

"I'll try that and hope that I don't scratch the plastic. I think if it scratches it will hold the stain even more. I agree about the glass. I would gladly pay more for glass. Thanks for the reply."

"I tried the papaya as well to no avail. I do use a soft plastic type scouring pad and that works pretty good and does not seem to scratch the container. I wish they made it out of glass. ▼ Reply"

"If you find even beaten up, or just plain green (and not ripening) papayas on the market grounds, grab them, blend them up with water. It works for me every time. "

"I just had my first Papaya yesterday. I have always enjoyed the juice, but the fruit was always gross. I got a really ugly one and forgot about it for 2 days. It was really tasty!!"

"since it is the enzymes of the papaya...there could be two more options: 1) use an unripe papaya and blend for 30 seconds...then discard 2) digestive enzyme in a capsule, open the capsule, add lots of water, blend 30 seconds. I have not tried the…"
