I have increased my walking with out to much effort. I started at one extreme walk which later that night almost put me in hospital with some very over used calf muscle's,which went into uncontrollable spasms, poor legs didn't know what hit them.
I had joined a beginners walking group only to find it wasn't so much a beginners group.. they had already been experienced walkers for a year and left me for dust.
But I was determined to complete the course.

well I am now out in public feeling confident about myself riding my bike, even though I have to wear a funing looking helmet.
I was thrilled to ride a little at the local graveyard..
but now riding with a biking buddy and discovering they actually have bike tracks which me and the bike can handle is fantastic.

Well Hi all you mad hatters out there.. just a quick up date til I get a few new pics up..
