Hi guys! One week ago, I feel off the wagon big time... Even though I kept it relatively low fat, I've been eating cooked vegan foods like seitan and tempeh and various other tasty-but-bad-for-you…Continue

I haven't really had a problem with this before today, but now I just eat and eat and eat without seeming to be able to stop. For breakfast I had 200 grams of lettuce, 5 small(ish) bananas, 1 apple…Continue

I'm so so so proud of myself!
This morning I woke up at about 9 AM (it's Sunday, so having the entire day free!) after having slept a good 11 hours! Vet du om man får kjøpt champane mangoer i Oslo?
Glow said…
