Day 2, really trying to consume the calories. Big adjustment! I know it will help with cravings. Feel like my belly is always bloated but becoming 'regular' A FIRST EVER!
Can't wait to see and feel results in a measurable way!

Welcome to the first day of the rest of my life!
Day 1 on 80/10/10:
Focusing on keeping calorie intake high (2500/day). TOTALLY not use to it. It feels a bit like I'm trying to make myself fat, but I am trusting those that have gone before and succeeded.
My biggest weakness is giving to cravings, BUT, not giving this time. It's too vital and my goals are too important.
So incredibly grateful for this movement!!
