"I'm so glad you asked about this because I was wondering about it as well. Before going raw (about 50 days ago), I always knew when I would start because of cramping, boobs hurting, chocolate craving.... Lol. I would always need a lot of…"

"i'm a newb as well... and i have a citrus press, omega 8006 (great for frozen fruit sorbets, or whatever you want to call them), blentec, grapefruit spoon, citrus peeler, spiralizer, julliene peeler, food processor... quite a bit of stuff, but…"

"Your stomach is simply accustomed to eating cooked food which is more calorie-dense so you need to eat less bites than you would when consuming an equal amount (in calories) of fruit. What Douglas Graham recommended in 80-10-10 is to eat one more…"

"What made you go with the Blendtec over the Vitamix? I have read comparisons but people seem to really like them both."

"For most women eating1,000 calories at a meal is completely unnecessary, unless you are eating only twice a day. I tend to eat 3-4 times a day."

"I think I'll have to build up to that - eating 800 calories in one setting. I'm not used to eating food that isn't calorie-dense, so just a little would fill me up, or so I thought. So when I eat the same amount of food, but switch to…"

"Yeah, I'm definitely not used to eating a lot of food, real food anyway. I could eat 1,000 calories of fried chicken and be fine, but 1,000 calories of fruit? That's different to get used to. I think Im so used to eating like that, that…"

"You're understanding of hunger will change over time. For most of us before raw, we sense hunger in our stomachs. Post-raw, you will rarely have any sensation in your stomach when hungry, but more like a pleasant desire to put something in your…"
