We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I am a young wife and mother of 3 beautiful little girls and I work as a Fine Art Photographer. I originally started doing research on switching to a raw diet for my 4 year old daughter who has suffered from severe eczema and allergies since before she was one when I discovered all the other benefits such as it can improve mental health and weight loss. I have always struggled with my weight and have been diagnosed with depression, bi-polar disorder, and fibromyalgia, with that said I am only 26 and I'm not ready for me or my daughter to be on tons of medications for the rest of our lives. My family and I deserve better and when I came across your videos on youtube.com I felt like I had found something that could change my life. I am ready to take the challenge for a better life for me and my family.

First LFRV Shopping Trip!

So I just got back from my first LFRV shopping trip and I bought 18lbs of Bananas for just under $10! I also bought lots of other goodies. I got everything put up and tomorrow will be my first LFRV day so wish me luck!

I will be start on the LFRV on Monday the 9th! I know its going to be a difficult change for me since I do have a family and they wont be joining me yet. I will be slowly transitioning them though :-) I have a 4 year old daughter that has struggled with sever eczema since before she was one and I have been doing tons of research and think she will benefit from being on a Raw Vegan diet as well.

I am really excited (and scared) to get started. I have been reading about everyone's side…

To get started. Going raw vegan saw my allergies pretty much disappear and my emotional state reached a wonderful level steady, happy, it really is amazing what a clean diet and healthy lifestyle can do! I have read of people who have also been able to overcome bipolar and other disorders with raw vegan lifestyle. I'm excited to see how it will transform your life!
