Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. I'm here because I want to achieve the BEST health that I can ever achieve. And once I achieve it I want to help friends/family learnt hat they too can reverse fix their health issues or gain optimal health and not just settle for prescribed drugs or the many food addictions in the world. I was always completely health but had very bad eating habits. At the age of 19 fell very ill with MANY HEALTH issues. From a sluggish gallbladder/liver (had the gall bladder removed which made me even more ill) lymphatic issues and digestive issues and never fully healed from anything. So i decided to take a new route. I have been about 70-90% raw since the summer and I do feel better than I've felt in a few years. So i know if I can do better and have less moments where I eat things i shouldn't i can achieve so much more. That is my goal.

So many ups and downs through detoxing. i've failed many times but pick myself back up through the love and grace of God. I still have a long way to go but i'm learning to accept the cards i've been delt instead of trying to run from them like i normally do. This is a situation that i cannot run from and I'm glad God put me in this situation to open my eyes to something I would have never learned if I kept on running. Everyone in the NYC area..Do you know any place where I can get good deals on fruits?

I'm trying to eat as many fruits as possible while going through the detox, healing crisis and life regeneration. Dr. Morse believes the more fruit the better. I'm trying my hardest to stay as faithful to this as possible. It's pretty expensive for me though since i'm a college student and all. Please let me know what you all do to sustain this lifestyle. thank you :-)
