Hey Shanti - sorry for long delay been a hectic week.
Diet is going ok although my calories are definitely not high enough and I've lost half a stone because of all the exercise I do. I have just been casual with the amount I eat and am sure I can get it up high enough if I focus more on bigger portions! But the symptoms seem to be good apart from one really bad day when I bought a smoothie and I'm not sure I trust what they put in it or the combination of fruits! Still got lots to learn!

I remember Jo saying she was away in August. i'll send her a text and see if there's some way of contacting her while she's away. She'll be back before the end of the month though - is that too late for you?

I'll see you next weekend? Are you girls around on Sat or Sun for a meet? xx

hi Shanti :) hope youre having a good week. im good :) how delightful that you used to cycle through the woods, its so beaytiful there i love to go to do my thinking. i havent been to the goddess weekends in glasto but would love to :( ive often looked at the adverts for it, its usually money or childcare thats prevented me from going, maybe next year?! ive contacted your friend meaghan to send some support and love, she sounds so lovely and like shes been through so much i hope this is the beginning of her healing journey now. much love to you x x x x

hey flower, thank you so much for sharing what doug said to you, great analogy and yes it helps put things in perspective. my boyfriend is amazingly supportive,he doesnt think im crazy but i know he thinks its funny when i sit next to him with a huge bowl of fruit! it is hard to resist the temptation of so called comfort food, especially after work when im knackered and hungry, i just have to make sure theres always fruit around for me to eat,,, this forum and making friends with lovely delicious people like you are a goddess send for me, i sometimes feel really alone, i agree with you and i also think this is the right way to eat for health and nothing has worked thus far to get rid of the candida and ive had it for 10 years ! its so wonderful you and your sis have eachother for support, my youngest son charlie whos 11 has said he would like to do a mono island for a few days so im exited that maybe itll be the start of his raw journey :) this is so funny about where our parents live... and so lovely :) they live in the opposite direction from churchstanton u come out of the merry harriers turn right onto main road then literally an immediate left down the hill through a shire like tunnel for a few mins then first left and they live opposite some woods in a black and white cottage. (im still giggling about the coincidence) and yes im around all summer so meeting in glasto would be lovely :) chat again soon. lots of love x x x
