Yes, I do shop at Organic Garage sometimes too, but I prefer the bananas at whole foods :p 

I'm living in Guelph now for school, and there's nothing even close to Whole Foods or Organic Garage here, it's super hard to find any organic fruits :( But there is a farmer's market every saturday where I can find a ton of local organic vegetables :D 

I plan on checking out the stores you mentioned this weekend, I really want to try some jackfruit or durian! :D Thanks for the info!

That's so awesome that your parents eat the same way as you, I'd love for my family to eat this way.

Understanding DTM is a bit more complex than eating well and loving running, but will come as you listen more. This is how it happened to me too.

I have my produce deliverd by my local wholesaler, they just have two locations in smith falls and kingston. to find one in your area i'd call the produce manager at local grocery stores and ask if they can suggest any produce distributors in the area (say you do catering and you're looking to buy produce by the case at wholesale pricing). wholesalers generally don't advertise to the public so they can be tricky to find otherwise. that's the place to start.

Have you read Karnazes book, "Ultramarathon Man"?
while he doesn't mention any specific leg training in it (aside from the obvious), he does detail his hardcore daily upper bod calisthenics regimen. Just the basics of pushups, pullups, and abs, but one look at his pics says he must be doing something right!

One mo thing...even if your primary goal is to add muscle up top, it's best to hit your legs at least as hard as any other part. They contain your largest muscles, and working them hard, uniquely assists whole-body growth. If legs are neglected, the top will never grow as well as it otherwise would with more balanced training.
