Hi, I'm Scott. I live in Los Angeles, CA

I've been LFRV for almost 4 months now.

Before that I was vegetarian for 21 years. Vegan for 15 of them. I'm really diggin' the LF aspect of my meals.

I'm creative, fun and Love to make and eat yummy food.

Music is my medicine and I play in several bands.

I like Working out a lot and hiking as much as possible.

For work I'm a computer geek and have clients all over the city. Everything from tech support / system admin to web and ecommerce stuff.
