Durianrider video

I remember last August when I first went Vegan, it was due to a video that Harley had posted on Youtube it was one of the most disturbing videos I had ever seen, but at the same time one I would love to share with others. It showed cattle lined up moving into a slaughter house waiting their turn with the bolt gun, you could actually see the fear in their eyes. Then it showed a butcher skinning the head of a cow as it was still alive. You could just hurt for this animal and what it was going…See More

"John,  The article and video are specifically about High Fructose Corn Syrup. Those that wrote it have unfairly brought fruit into that study. They did not study fruit, they studied HFCF which is a chemically made, isolated sugar from corn. I…"

Hello, I am a 42 year old overweight dad of 4 beautiful kids, I am married to an incredible woman, celebrating our 20th anniversary this year. I have tried every thing to loose weight, including raw foods. However when I was exploring raw foods I saw some negative posts about 80/10/10 so I never looked into it much. After 3 months of being raw and just fatigued out of my mind, I went back to my SAD diet and gained even more weight then when I had started raw. That was April 2010, I knew RAW was what I needed I just did not know how to do it so I could thrive on it. Fast forward to now, I never quit lurking and reading about raw, I just couldn't get my mind wrapped around trying it again. Then one day I woke up realized I was 350 pounds, I was lazy, had no energy and knew this was not the life I deserved. I was reading a post from Kevin Gianni, as i said I kept lurking but just didn't do anything to better myself except read an article or two. In Kevin's post he mentioned The Fruitarian, Michael Arnstein, so I looked up his site and watched some of his videos, and low and behold it lead me here. I have watched probably 2+ hours of Dr. Douglas Graham's videos and will be picking up his book this weekend. I have been eating 80/10/10 since Monday, I have been attempting to get the calories in everyday, it has been a struggle starting out but I seem to be able to get more and more in each day. I have gone through a few withdrawal symptoms (headaches mostly) but my energy is climbing and my blood sugar is dropping already! I am here to learn and get support right now. I am sure in the future I will be able to offer the same to future members. Thanks and hope to meet you soon.

I have watched several of your videos Harley and I really enjoy them, I am older than you but I look up to you as a real source of inspiration for my transformation.
Freelee, you are a beautiful spirit, and you videos are also quite inspirational. As for wha I need at this point I am not sure other than the ability to come here and learn and grow so that I can continue the LFRV lifestyle.
