LFRV Pregnancy

Posted on February 25, 2011 at 3:36am 4 Comments

Just to give some background here. I'm 36, five feet one, probably 120 lbs. I've been attempting lfrv since october on and off with some bad off moments. Probably only a couple months pregnant. This is my third pregnancy. The first two were not lfrv but pretty healthy, as in not too SAD'ish of a diet. They were both unassisted home water births with no complications and healthy girls :)

What's different this time is that even though there was a couple weeks I was eating SAD food here,…

I eat a few days lfrv then eat a day cooked vegan. Just listen to your body and give it what it wants. I notice it is a little harder to commit fully to this diet when I am taking care of a newborn and toddler all day bc it takes a lot of thought, but I'll get there :) That is so awesome you are living the nomadic life, I am jealous >:)

Yeah, we got an RV, but we also got in a car crash so I can't really drive out to Davis either.  I'd still like to meet up, but it may be awhile.  Don't know when the car will be fixed.  That sounds like a great plan.  Our plan is to stay here a little while, get our RV fixed up, and eventually we're planning on moving too, but it may be more like fall for us.  Maybe we'll be able to do some traveling this summer though, and meet you guys after all...I hope all goes well.  I have looked into Davis and it does seem pretty cool, compared to Sacramento.  :)  I'll get your number in my new phone and give you a call soon!  Thanks for the message.

You can request 80/10/10 at your local library, if you still haven't read it...

Also, my cellphone number should stay the same.

Hey we had family visiting and everything was so busy, they just left but we are exhausted from being on the go so much... also I just got my new phone but lost all the numbers, so it might be a few days before I get back to you, but thanks so much for caring!  We will meet soon!
