"I don't think you have a hernia, it's most likely a diastasis recti or a separated stomach muscle.  I've had 9 babies and have had this since my 3rd, I think.  It's no problem, it really is just very weak obliques.…"

I'm 34yr old mother to 4 gorgeous children, which I homeschool, love it!! I have health problems and doing a lot of research over the years, the most logical answer to my health problem is a LFRV diet, I just have to get there.... let the journey begin...

Durianrider & Freelee started this site to bring together high carb, raw vegan lifestylists' across the Globe! 30bad is a high standard and high performance team! We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?
I know being on a HCRV lifestyle is the right choice for my health and well being, i'm a vegetarian but not vegan, so a little help and guidance from the team would be great. I live on the west coast of Ireland, so its very windy wet rainy and damp and fruit is quite expensive, any tips and advice will be most welcome....
30bad is a HCRV (high carb, raw vegan) internet community which promotes a high carb raw lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to HCRV. Nor do we allow endorsement of non-vegan items or practises which involve the imprisonment, exploitation, abuse or murder of sentient beings.
