Hi girls,Help! I can't tell if I'm having my period?! Before going raw, my period came 2 days early each month, not too heavy but lasted around 4-5 days. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I first came across Raw 6 years ago (I was doing my degree in UK at that time). I was fascinated and ended up being about 70% raw. Since returning home to Hong Kong, I am unable to maintain my lifestyle as I have lost my freedom (I live at home with my parents and my boss at work is anti-health - he smokes 2 packs of cigs a day and downs a few bottles of alcohol).

I would LOVE to meet someone else in the same area for support and advice : )!
