Hey, I am 28 years old and I came a long way until I discovered the 80 10 10 lifestyle. It took me years to realize that I ate little meat not because "it's expensive" and "dominates the plate" but because I disguise the fact of eating animals and that I am grossed out by dairy products rather than "I don't like buying dairy products cause they go bad in the fridge easily". I was so out of touch with my inner core. Yet, I was determined and just kept going one step at a time. I switched to buying chemical free to buying organic to becoming vegan (I talked to an awesome girl who helped me taking this step - we are great friends now!!) and finally I am turning away from learning how to cook or bake vegan creations (I was about 50% raw, 50% cooked vegan). Cooking takes up a lot of time and I don't feel that whole lot better compared to eating my little meat lifestyle back then. I would love eating the 80/10/10 HCRV way but I keep my options open to cook high carb grain dishes when friends come over. I came this far and I am determined to improve further but I gotta go there slowly.
I believe in visualizations out of personal experience. Since I am a teenager I am so in love in the Australian landscapes that I worked and traveled through Oz right after high school for an entire year. When I left the country I said to myself that I wanna come back but not as a tourist (that would be a step back) but by invitation of the Australian government (so foolish, actually!). After finishing my studies I remembered what I have said to myself and I applied for a scholarship to commence my PhD program in NSW. Guess what, I got it!! So, from mid June on I am gonna be down under again - because the state wants me to. In two weeks time I'll be changing my country to "Australia" :-)
Guys, I am very much into harmony and nice conversations and that's why I was put off at first by your critical approach but nonetheless, I was evaluating the facts and for the first time after getting hooked on this subject I feel like things are starting to fall into place. That's why I like to switch my eating habits once again to HC(R)V and I am doing it for a week now. (R) means = as much as possible raw! I can already feel a difference - my intense cravings subside for the first time since teenage-hood, really. Peace!

Durianrider & Freelee started this site to bring together high carb, raw vegan lifestylists' across the Globe! 30bad is a high standard and high performance team! We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?
Beside the extensive support on nutrition and how to transition to the HCRV lifestyle I think I can learn from you how to stand up for what we believe in. I have improved so much and even influenced family members and friends already but the discussions/confrontations still distress me a bit. I am looking forward to taking my personal journey a step further! Best, Sam xx

I screwed up my life big time 3-4 years ago, made wrong choices, going through trauma that tormented me so heavily that I tried ending my life. I even had my school Principal to come down to me and counselled me personally. The one big thing that…
