Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: Fed up and disenchanted with status quo food, gov't, coporatocracy, i began a search. This journey led me to start making the best decisions for myself to effect change in this world. I found you through YouTube and began to wonder if this is the best way for me. Your message didn't seem to include gimmicks and potions and snake oils, it just seemed to make sense. So after a time of serious questioning i have decided to take the plunge.

We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: I am used to the SAD. I grew up on a small farm that raised beef. I would like to understand and get aquainted with the lifestyle that is founded on this way of eating. ie not so much grocery store with a list of processed (and a little fresh veg and fruit) foods, more farmers market, organic wholesalers/ co-ops. It's new and unfamiliar. Exciting and scary. I think i'm in the perfect place.

30bad is a HCRV (high carb, raw vegan) internet community which promotes a high carb raw lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to HCRV.
