Hi my name is Ryan and I grew up a very picky eater. Had a huge dislike of fruits, veg, nuts and berries. For 25 years I was a meat, cheese and potato guy. Super SAD. As a child I was very active up until i was 17, then I joined the work force full time and started to gain weight. Sadly I was eating very poorly and had little energy for much other then work. Drinking and drugging attributed to my lack of activity. Moved to Florida in 2009 and began getting more physical though was still eating a SAD and had little energy for fitness. Began researching fitness on YouTube and first came across BeYourPotential, which I am very greatful for. Ultimately it led me to find DurianRiders and FreeLee which has brought me here. For the past 2 weeks I have struggled with maintaining a LFRV diet due to poor choices. Drinking one night led to me sitting in front of papa johns and then in front of dunkin donuts in the morning before work last friday. Very disgusted with myself for not having a stronger willpower and succumbing to "comfort" foods. Hahahaha funny what we have been programmed into thinking is comforting. Anyways currently im weighing in at 160-165 LBS. Though I am not obese or even fat according to some people, i do see fat on myself and am not currently happy with my appearance. On another level, seeing the way that the "food" is mass produced has left images I care not to remember. Unforgivable acts humans have caused to the other species of this planet and by remaining ignorant the acts will continue. I am trying to re-educate and program myself into a healthy diet that is one with nature.
