Thanks so much for the helpful info. I just got into Hanoi and cannot wait to check out the organic farm and running group. I will be living in the Tay Ho area starting the end of this month, so that will be convenient! Thanks again!
"Hi Katie!! It is great to hear from someone working in Vietnam! We have been here almost 3 months now and will be here through next March. Vietnam has definitely been a culture shock to us, but my wife and I are really enjoying the experience.…"
Glad to hear you're enjoying Vietnam. What have been your favorite places so far? I'll be working in Hanoi next week until July 31. Are there any running groups or decent paths in the area?
"Cool, Thank you very much Sir. :) I can get 2 quarts made to order here in Hanoi for about $5 US, yeah its really cheap!! There is a stand with it (called "Nuoc Mia") on just about every corner with a big juicing machine.…"
"Thanks for the encouraging video! I have been doing 811 for about 2&1/2 months here in Vietnam and am feeling great. I have started using fresh cane juice for my long runs. I was wondering how often you drink it and if it is roccomended to use…"

I am highly interested in Raw foods. I have recently transformed my life through diet change over the past two years. I first heard of this site from Matt Frazier's NoMeatAthlete.com, and since then have been interested in creating a network of other like minded people. As an expat airline pilot in Vietnam, I want to meet others eating a HCRV diet and learn more about the various fruits that grow here. I would also like to get local information on access to quality produce, preferably organic when available. I have found that an 811 diet and even just a plain vegan diet is very uncommon here in Vietnam so I would love to connect with someone here who is also thriving off of the bountiful fruits and leafy greens here. We have recently found an organic farm near Hanoi to supply most of our greens, but I am still interested in getting more organic fruit. I suspect that many of the bananas and papayas I am buying may be mostly organic, but I don't think the "Organic" revolution has hit vietnam yet so it is hard to get a good answer on how things are grown. If anyone has any info please send me a message. We are planning to stay in Vietnam for another year.

I would like to meet other raw/vegan people while I am living in Vietnam, and gain/give encouragement for superior health through diet and exercise.
