I began a Vegan lifestyle about 1.5 years ago after reading "The China Study" Although I don't feel I am ready to go 100% raw just yet, I am trying to learn all I can about raw food and the benefits and or difficulties that come with it. I'm looking forward to all that you have to offer a relative newcomer. I came to this sight from Harley - the Durian Rider and Freelee on you tube. Love their vids and their positive attitude.

Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: I think what would be most helpful to me would be how to incorporate a LFRV lifestyle into every day busy lives of people like myself that are always on the go. The second thing that kind of scares me a little - and this may be silly - is the reaction of my wife ( who already thinks I'm crazy for being Vegan) and friends in social situations. Again people around here already look at me like I have two heads when I am picking apart a restaurant menu or not eating anything but the veggies at a party or gathering.
