We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: Since staying in Byron, my adopted family tamed my eating habits to : Grated beetroot, carrot, cucumber, and lots of sprouted lentils , chick peas , etc on tempeh and after 6 months - POW - as in power !
All my patent projects came to life , the pinball from 2003 , the essential oils , all came barreling back ! To say the truth ~ Helen opened the doors of perception , releasing me back into the world, I had lost - & drunk away.

I need another 30 years of prime life on rollerblades ( i bought 3 new pairs ) to enjoy the new rebound surface i have created , so i believe a raw food diet is essential to stamina, and i will need all the help i can get in keeping vital with food ! And kickng vino.

Books: Paul Christian ( Jean Baptiste..) H P Magic Citadel Press - good luck finding a copy. As an author, I find it hard pressed to read so many good books when so little is done here to relieve the suffering - of the western way of life.
