"I agree.  If you take out the avocado from what you are eating, then you are only consuming less than 1000 calories per day.  It really isn't enough.  Try to eat more fruits and leafy greens."

Hey guys,So I've been doing raw for about 3 weeks now. Mostly going really well, though last week and this week I've added an avocado per day to my diet. So my fat % is a bit on the higher end now.I'm not sure if it's related to the avocados or just detox, but this past week I've been having a harder time sticking to raw. Had to share my lunch. I'm having this with blood orange juice. So amazing, my heart is singing while I eat. Definitely not low fat, but God it's good.

Discovered this lifestyle June 2012. Was going fully raw and feeling amazing for a good 4 months but then took a few steps back when winter arrived. Completely felt a difference and didn't like it - basically my body freaked out haha. I've gotten kinda back on track since Jan 2013, but really made an effort to be 100% raw again 2 days ago :) yourself?

Hi Roxanne, Its nice to know you! Thanks for accepting my friend request! I liked your comments. I hope you are feeling intuned with your life. My life had gotten out of tune so this plan is my way of coming back into it. We have alot of Canadian family in Ontario.I wanted to tell you my family had alot of issues because of the lack of adequate sun exposure. I am not quite 2 months in. I know this is for me. I am 100% most days. My issues involve budget and occasionally cold weather. I have had tiredness, ichy skin (could be just winter issues) and mild facial rash. Transitioning isn't too bad so far. How are you doing? Good Luck on the plan! Be happy!
