Had an amazing 9 and a half hours sleep and am feeling great!
8.30am: I had 10 satsumas and 1/2 litre of raw orange juice for breakfast plus a litre of water
12pm: Lunch was yum yum yum 1 head of romaine lettuce and 8 bananas

I have found it hard to stay on track recently with a few unwelcome cooked foods sneaking back in.
So I have decided to document my journey on the 80/10/10 lifestyle. I am a huge believer of it so need to put my fruit where my mouth is and get on with it! Woohoo!!!
