I used to be very athletic was I healthy? maybe ... but I wasn't into a raw, a cooked vegan, or even a vegetarian diet. But i nevertheless fit toned and in a good health. Last year I got operated 4 times for a huge mistake two doctors have made, i'm paying their fault until now, i ended up with an intestinal occlution ( and this was the last surgery i had back then) which has almost cost me my life. after that i've dropped a lot of weight , and i was thin already , it made some doctors think I was anorexic ut I wasn't so tey gave me all these supplement that didn't work, i was feeling awsome in a time where I was recovering and doing lots of sport but in a high protein diet lifestyle as I was living near to the beach. But i've moved to another contry last october, and since then i've started gaining a hell of a lot of weight. I think that was bulima because i've started throwing up the food eat , it came on it's own, so i then started MAKING myself throw up, but that was horrible to me, so i've stopped, or i've been saved with the HCLF raw vegan diet, but unlike what I was expecting I started putting on weight i lot of weight, my body is tighter thoush and my skin smoother, but this scares me, I get headacks, fatigue and some spots here and there, i sweat a lot and don't feel like exercising at all. I guess my body heals itself . we will see what happens next. I'm planning to start a 100 day juice feast in order to eliminate all the toxines and then start from the beginning and see what happens.

As I'm a french literature lover, i LOVE so many books but i will try to name some / Une vie of Maupassant, Le compte de monté christo, les rougons maccarts and badame bovary.
I love writing and reading, i'm also a paintor and one of my favourite artists is henry moor a famouse sculptor.
As everyone else I love cinema actors and movies but I don't have a favourite movie as each movie differs from the other depending on many factors.

I would like to perform my flexibility and gym performences. I started gaining weight on this lifestyle which is a bit scaring but I suppose it's a temporary stage, i'm not overweight and haven't really been in the past, but I have droped A LOT of weight last year because of 4 surgeries I had. So this might be the reason, some of my doctors even prescribed supplements for annorexic people to me even though I wasn't .
Thinking that i'm gainin that much weight scares me must I confess, so I need testimonials, if some of you guys have experienced this before please share your story with me. I'm keen to learn from all of you guys and let you know all the progress i'm seeing.

how do you do that? what are you buying, eating? mostly bananas apple etc?
where do you shop how do you get rype fruit or do you allow it to ripen at home? are you buying in bulk or small amounts (as you put you shop twice/couple times aweek)? how many calories are you eating and is it enough for you, are you eating/buying leafy greens? etc.
Loads a questions I kow!!! lol!!! but really intrested to know you thrifti tricks! im spending double that at least and eating next to nothing because im recovering anorexic and need to introduce slowly to minimise side effects (wanting to increase safely).

cool, just added you to my contacts. i will hopefully be in leeds sometime in late summer so will get in contact then! yea it can be challenging but at least we dont have to deal with parents trying to get us to eat meat all the time! although when i go home this is a big problem. good luck with getting your athletic body back, with this diet you are giving yourself the best shot at it! x
