"if she is right on the fact that you have less energy on this diet, you may want to do tests, blood tests esp. to see if you are deficient on something. Iron? vit d? B12? Etc."

We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: After researching Veganism I came across Raw Food videos on Youtube, I was particularly inspired by DurianRiders videos which was my introduction to the 80/10/10 style of eating and the work of Dr Graham. I attended the Woodstock Fruit Festival 2012 and have been raw ever since, mostly fruitarian.. I like to play music, wite songs, practise Aikido, spend time in nature with friends and meditation and spiritual development are a big part of my life also. I work in a call centre which is ok but I'm still searching for my life purpose. I hope to some interesting new friends through this forum and lifestyle.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....: I highly recommend Glenn Morris's books on martial art and Kundalini awakening ("path notes of an american ninja master), for movies I often watch conspiracy stuff on youtube as it stretches my mind and imagination. I love Aikido, music, meditation, conversation
