Hey everyone, just recently in the past 4-5 months I've really started to care for my health. First went to organic food, felt better, but obviously nowhere near how i would as a LFRV. Probably…Continue
"Whenever you are going to eat starch based foods you are going to feel heavier than on fruit, they are just heavier to digest. Because of this I always do my exercise for the day before I touch any cooked food so I can give it my all. If you eat…"
"Thanks for sharing....it is very helpful. I have been HCRV for 90 days now and have had 1 cooked meal (steamed organic potatoes and steamed kale) and it was wonderful, but it did make me feel a little sluggish and heavier. How do you…"
Since Raw Till 4 has become quite popular lately, I thought it'd be useful to share what I've learned from 2 and a half years of experience of eating starches as a backup. http://youtu.be/Um6E5phux5MSee More

"The book that inspired me to start http://therawteen.com was The 4 Hour Workweek By Tim Ferris. It's pretty solid for getting started with creating a business doing something you enjoy doing. No one can really tell you what to do, but once…"
"You probably didn't follow proper food combining. Some fruits require different stomach acid ph/digest at different speeds than other fruit and therefore should be consumed separately. Here's a food combining…"
"For serious things like this you may want your mother to go for Doug Graham's Fasting and Feasting retreat. Though fasting is generally not recommended on 30bad I do think that if it is severe, fasting can be the best solution.
"I would try and limit your time with your family if they are treating you that badly. There's a difference between being worried about you and treating you terribly. They probably just feel judged and want to feel better about themselves so…"
"If you have cravings, that means you are already not eating enough. Now after a month if you don't eat enough, you are going to feast on anything and everything and who knows what greasy food you may eat. IMO it is far better for you to eat low…"
"Welcome! I started a raw diet when I was 15 too and the first hurdle you need to get over is eating enough food. I was being anorexic when I first started eating like 1500 calories a day, which was not good. I had to use seaweed to stimulate…"

I started eating more healthy around October 2010, and as it's progressed I've wound myself into mainly raw foods. Now a large percentage of the food i eat is fruit, so 30BAD seems like a great place to settle :)

1. 15/02/11 2. I am about 90% LFRV, mainly because my parent's eat cooked food, so they nearly force me to have some cooked food. 3. My goal is to become as healthy as I can be, so for now I'm aiming for 100% LFRV, but i may not always be :)
Reading "The 80-10-10 Diet" by Dr Doug Graham is vital for succeeding on this lifestyle. Please acquire this book as soon as possible.

I just caught that inexplicable "lame-o" comment in the raw bread thread. Don't know what may have prompted such rudeness in light of your reasonable comment, but I let the insulting party know that we expect more courteous communication here.
Hopefully that will settle the matter, but pls let me know if anything more comes of it.
I saw you're from toronto, you're going to have so much fun as a fruity vegan there! I am orginally from Hamilton and would visit toronto often (I now live on Vancouver Island). Go down to china town as often as you can! You can live on dollars a day on the most AMAZING fruit imaginable! Seriously....it'll blow your mind! So cheap and so good! You can even get fresh squeezed cane juice on the street there!
