Have you experience similar detoxification processes like a short fast through intense physical exercise?.
I am convinced that physical exercise produced a revolution in our tissues and lymphatic system, which can cause abrupt elimination of toxins.
To me it has happened some times 1 or 2 days after intense sports practice... I have had to stay in bed 1 full day with a cold (sore throat the day before).
I know that Natural Hygiene does not agree with my point of view. I even remember the comment from Loren Lockman.
Thanks for the info Richard. I got a hold of Steve and he e mailed everything I need to start ordering.
I am spoiled though! Those prices seem very expensive to me, but I suppose that is because they are organic right? I am use to 17 dollars for 40 pounds of bananas and 29 cents per pound of cantalope and watermelon......
I am considering waiting to buy from them until my debt is payed off....then I can afford the best without debt over my head.....but maybe I can fit it in. We'll see. Thanks again! :)
I just wanted to say hey, we´ve been thinking about you! Rob and I went to Fruktifest in france! We had a good time and now Rob is very interested in fruitarianism, spending his longest time 100% 801010 yet! I am happy and excited. RIght now we are in spain, enjoying a lot of good fruit. My favorite is watermelon, I am eating almost exclusively watermelon with some peaches at night. How are you doing? Are you back in Eugene still for the summer? Will you be headed back to Hawaii this fall?
At Fruktifest someone asked me who was my biggest inspiration for 811, and I said RICHARD GAMBINO! Stay Amazing!
Hey Richard. I was wondering if you could tell me the name and perhaps address of a good Wholesale place for buying bulk produce at lower prices in Eugene or around there (i live in Sweet Home,OR)
Hi Rich! I got the book and I'm tearing through it! Where do you do most of your food shopping in town? (I'm in Eugene too.) I think I remember seeing a thread where you mentioned bulk buying from OGC. Do you already have a group put together, or have you thought about it?
Ignorance is bliss apparently... I don't justify myself to anyone I just don't care what they think anymore. I have more important things to worry about.
just wanted to add that I have scored ripe bananas at a good price at airports before so it is worth looking around particularly at bigger airports (and the look on your fellow travellers' faces when you're chowing down on 10 nanners at 30k ft is pr…
Hello my fellow raw goodies! I want to share a little secret that involves skin :) I'm reaching out to all because I know we are all on a conscious and positive path of life. We all have come here to enrich and better our lives through eating health…
Ever since I first heard eggs described as chicken menstruations I've had a problem ingesting them.
I second this Sultana, for sure.
Thanks B, excellent info as usual!
Europe is different.
People started to think about nature and saving nature early on.
We have alot of law regulations about animal treatment at the farms and they are well let us say getting "closer" to the natural one.
for example cows are free run…
no haven't heard that about the soap and cancer, seeing it's allopathic in nature (addressing a symptom not the cause) I can't imagine how that would work.
My teeth look fairly white to me, at the start they did have these vertical stains but now t…
