I live in Lincoln Park in Chicago, but I grew up in the SW burbs. I went vegetarian about 7 years ago, vegan 3 years ago, raw is still a partial thing for me, but been mostly raw for about 2 years now. Still finding my balance to b 100%. Glad you're here!

Hey! It's so great to keep discovering more people in the Chicago vicinity...are you in the suburbs? We really should try to get everyone together sometime, it gets pretty damn lonely at times being the only raw vegan around here

I'm in the city. Lakeview, aka wrigleyville, or boystown. I actually live in Boystown. I was at a movie watching party tonight and met a girl who's roomate is here on 30bad as well. So now  I'm about to track him down. We def need to get this local community started. P.S. I like your playlist. Nice to hear some 311 when I post at ya!

Im also from the north burbz. at U of I now tho. 

I can def help you out with some tips. ha my roommates think im crazy and call me a house wife cuz im always making my own food while they eat frozen dinners/take out and cereal. literally. HA. 

mostly i bike and longboard cuz i dont have a car. thankfully the grocery store is close by (but its expensive) so i usually stock up on fruit everytime i go home(burbz). 

Have you been to Stanleys in chicago? bomb grocery store. lotta organic stuff and mad deals. also in april meijer usually sells champaign/ataulfo mangos 3 for $1. i usually max out hahahhaha
