Then I heard about 30bad and immediately I fell in love with your site! I love fruit but thought too much of a good thing was bad. I like how you de-myth that notion. I used to be an athlete but started struggling with my weight once I stopped. I would like to get back in shape! :) Right now I am fasting, but will be planning on following an 80-10-10 Diet. I'll be expecting the book in the mail this week and I can't wait to dive in!
