Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: First look at 30bananas a day and a HUUUUGE pop'up in my mind. All this raw food lifestyle made - and make- so much sense to me. SO, I istantly tried it out to see by myself if it was sustainable and in less than two weeks I was thrilled by the results ( brighter eyes, skin and healthier hair.. blabla- and you know the story). To end this short presentation I would say, hum.. ( no INspiration at that point.. oO) - BAnana !! -What ? - banan.. hum, Yeah.

+ support and advice >> as I'm still living with my parents, it's not allways that simple not to heart there feelings when not eating all the prepared meals (the cooked ones)
