I've been vegan for three years..mostly low fat raw vegan. I watched Earthlings three years ago and it was an eye opener.Shortly after that I read Dr. Douglas Graham books and everything made sense. My journey had its ups and downs, in the process I crushed all my food addictions one by one...realizing every time how pointless and damaging are for my body and mind. I'm trying to stay as rawsome as possible while managing my budget. I plan to travel/move to S-E Asia next summer and live my rawmazing life. I experienced many consecutive weeks, even months some time of 811 and I'm convinced that a 100% low fat rawman is the way to go.

I love inspiring people in this lifestyle and I feel very me when I'm doing this while I "walk the talk". I love playing various sports, running, hiking, camping, reading, living in the now and snow while riding down the mountain :)

I'm also interested in self-sustaining communities and permaculture. Nutrition, human mind&body, anthropology, natural hygiene, writing, teaching, photography.

Eventually, I plan to relocate to Central or South America, to live in the tropical rainforest.

Yey!
