I'm new to this type of lifestyle but excited to learn more! Recently I've signed up for a 30 day challenge, so I'm trying to gain the concept of what is truly the right way. I have ordered the book. Currently I am having difficulty eating the entire 2000-2500 calories.... Maybe because I'm coming of cooked foods ( not sure) and wondering how this is going to effect me long term? I am looking forward to meeting people in my area with the same lifestyle! Looking forward to success with this as well.

Every moment is a new opportunity to start over ;) even if you feel today is a wash, you will certainly feel more eager for it tomorrow. Just plan a nice fruity breakfast for tomorrow and you will be fine.

I'm here for all the motivation and inspiration you need. And please, we all (or most of us, lol) have experienced those days. One night a couple of weeks ago, I was craving a vegan burger HARD. I started to get up in the middle of the night to make one, lol. I didn't, but sadly, I did have one the next morning. But you know, I didn't beat myself up about it, it was a conscious choice... and for the rest of the day, I was super fruity lol.
Hi Rawvine! How's it going for you today? I'm still chugging my way through breakfast, lol. I made a huge mango, banana and orange smoothie. I have so much energy that I wish I could get outside, but Nemo left us 18 inches of snow, lol. Will probably just get some running in on my treadmill. What are you up to today? Are you being fruity ;)
To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise.
