GO EAT SOME MEAT! DRINK SOME MILK!

Why do some people want to be sheilded from truth? Because of fragile egos? Because truth might force change?

Ok I'd like to put this thread out to pasture.. the discussion appears to have run its course and I believe there are far more productive things we can put our minds to here (like raw FOOD). Unless anyone has any objections I'm gonna close this thr…

Thanks for staying Emma - I think each of us has suffered unjust treatment here from time to time...this site is a part of the "real" world, after all. Where is your water collection video?? are you gonna post it on the video page?....

You're not looking at the whole post. You make it sound like I said "This site is about NOT respecting the choice of others". This site is about putting truth BEFORE the choice of others. Here, check this out: http://www.30bananasaday.com/forum/top

Howdy, RawL!
I believe I just read that you practice martial arts, and started out with Wushu. I'm looking into studying this form myself. Any experience-based tips you might have?
Thx much!

Hello Tina,
Yes, I am a pilot however I wish I could fly in my shorts and t-shirt LOL

Thanks for the prompt response and offer to come and meet to show the fruit places. That is very sweet of you. I am still negotiating my next leave with my company but it looks like it will be towards the end of February. When is your vacation?

OMG ARE YOU A PILOT?! (sorry for freaking out, I just have a MAJOR obsession with pilots, flight attendants and their uniforms).

Anywhoo, thanks for the add :)
Unfortunately, I don't live in/nearby Amsterdam, however I will gladly take any excuse to go there for a day. Whenever I'm there I do hang around centraal station though. I know a couple places where you could get fruit (fresh, organic). When are you going to be here? If it's during my vacation, maybe we could meet up.
xx

Glad the story resonated with you.
It is a joy when our lifestyle has the opportunity to impact others positively. Just tonight I heard that my aunt had commented regarding me: "he doesn't get sick anymore like he used to, does he?" Nope! :-)))

Now Kung Fu and some Qi Gong, with Muay Thai in the past.
You have any fave movement forms?

Sorry to hear that about the population. I'm sure their locally and home produced foods with a heritage of centuries past kept them in far greater health. Is no place safe from our Western plague of pestilent products?
Guess you'll just have to be the Mideast beacon of light!

Have you "met" my bud Appleman yet?
http://www.30bananasaday.com/profile/AppleMan

Though a long ways off, at least he's close to your general latitude.

Great stoy about your transition with its flash of clarity, BTW. Thanks!

Best B-Day wishes, Rawlee!
How goes the 811 lifestyle in your parts? I've seen tv shows depicting Middle Eastern markets with huge beautiful produce stalls.
How did you come to raw initially?

Humans (as far as I know are all one species) - as far as "species-specific exercises" go, it should be the same as "species-specific diets" - they are adapted for every member of the species and not just some.
