Carbing up with baking dates in the middle of an 80 mile ride. Got 1080 calories of dates for $2.49 from my local middle eastern mart. A great way to get the carbs in a with a squeezable pouch.

"Haha, well I used to think it was that cheap too. Turns out they just charged me $28 because they thought it was conventional bananas. So I have to pay 3 more bucks for organic, no big deal. Whole foods I think is somewhere under 28 bucks for 40lbs…"

"Nicholas, you can get 59 cents a pound for bananas in bulk? That's awesome! Are they organic? What store can you get that deal? Currently I get a 40lb box every week from Harris Teeter for 79 cents a pound, so it's about $32."

I soon found Dan Mcdonald Liferegenerator on youtube, which then led me to Durianriders and the whole 80/10/10 lifestyle. At first, I thought: Who is this crazy ass durianrider banana eatin dude, but then it really grew on me fast and led me on an awesome path! My life has completely transformed, not only in amazing health and fitness, but ALL Aspects! :)
So grateful to have this information! Thanks Dan and thanks Harley! And thanks to all you wonderful people who inspire me!
